Some people get frustrated with God’s timing. They think that He takes too long to take care of business. But that is not the case. 2 Peter 3:9 New International Version (NIV) says:
9 The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.
The Lord is patient, even with those who do wrong. Even when we do wrong. In His patient, perfect, timing, correction and punishment are just. So, if you’re waiting on the Lord today, and you’re wishing He would hurry up, take a heads up from the lyrics for “He’s an On-Time God” by Dottie Peoples:
